First night's lodging must accompany reservation on motel rooms. One week minimum reservation on efficiencies and cottages with a 50% deposit to guarantee reservation. Daily and weekend rentals on cottages subject to availability. 7 day cancellation policy on rooms. 30 day refund notice on efficiencies and cottages. Minimum cancellation fee $20.00 + tax. Prices do not include 9.7% room tax.

Directions
From Boston
Take 93-S to 3-S to 6-E. Continue over the Sagamore Bridge to Exit 3, Quaker Meetinghouse Road. Make a left at the end of the exit ramp and go 1 mile to Route 6A. Go right on 6A and Spring Hill Motor Lodge will be on the left.

From New York and Providence
Follow signs to Cape Cod. Take 95 to 195 to 25, continue over Bourne Bridge. Take last exit off the rotary. Continue on 6A for approximately 8.3 miles. Spring Hill Motor Lodge will be on the left.
